Our Founding Apostle,
Dr. Chairidee Smith
Apostle (Hon.) Dr. Chairidee Smith is a “lioness leader”, emissary and preacher of the gospel, celebrating 40 years in ministry in 2025! After years of consecration and prayer, Apostle Smith founded Maranatha Global Ministries in 2008 with a board of 7 members reflecting the 5-fold ministers of Ephesians 4:11. The mission of Maranatha is to establish a global commonwealth for Followers of Messiah and to prepare the remnant of Israel scattered throughout the globe for His return. For more than 40 years, Apostle Smith has been working out churches, providing leadership and ministerial development for pastors and founders, building ministries, and providing apostolic counsel.
Apostle Smith fellowshipped with various Hebrew Roots churches.
“And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.”
For approximately 9 years, Apostle Smith provided apostolic strength, prophetic teaching, foundational biblical teaching, and ministerial leadership for Hebrew Roots fellowships until 2019 where Apostle Smith was mandated by Holy Spirit to go and begin establishing Maranatha, globally, and she obeyed. She was led to Ghana and established the organizational framework for the ministerial and business development growth of Maranatha Global, USA & Ghana.
She is a prophetic and apostolic preacher of an uncompromised gospel with the laying on of hands, confirmations of the prophetic word and confirming calls in ministry in conferences, crusades, shut-ins while traveling the southern region of the United States and now, Africa.
